No new case of COVID-19 was found in Hubei on January 16. Yesterday saw no new suspected case, discharged case or death.

No asymptomatic case was found in Hubei on January 16. No asymptomatic case developed to the c0nfirmed one. No patient had been discharged from quarantine. One asymptomatic patient was under medical quarantine (the patient was an inbound passenger on Flight CZ8140 from Islamabad, Pakistan to Wuhan on December 21). 437 close contacts were under medical quarantine (nine were close contacts of asymptomatic carriers on Flight CZ8140 from Islamabad, Pakistan to Wuhan on December 21; 426 were close contacts of COVID-19 c0nfirmed patients in Hebei province; two were close contacts of COVID-19 c0nfirmedpatients in Henan province).
